I'm a huge fan of this manga. Whilst the story can be a little fantastical at times, overall it's a great insight into streamer culture in Japan and the many "gachikois" that plague it. The art is amazing; Seira does an amazing job of switching between a pretty seinen to a horror on a dime. Seriously, read this manga, it engrossed me and now I'll probably be following the mangaka for like... ever.

Released in 2020 and ongoing, Gachi Koi Nenchakujuu is a josei manga currently up to its 9th volume (56 chapters). The manga follows the lives of Cosmo, Ginga and Subaru; members of a controversial streamer group named "Cosmic". Whilst the group are successful, the trio are continuosly plagued by a downright deranged fanbase and the "gachikois" within it. The first 2 volumes follow the relationship between Hina and Subaru: both are arguably as bad as each other. Hina evolves from an obsessed fan to a complete yandere, whilst Subaru continuosly ignores these red flags and keeps sleeping with his female fans. Subaru's continuous ignorance of Hina, and Rikomero (another gachikoi he manipulated into sex), as threats is his downfall, which isn't satisfying but it is poignant. The 2nd volume doesn't end on some big bang, it goes out with a whimper, but the consequences of both the protagonist and Subaru's actions is very real. The highlight for me from these volumes was honestly Rikomero; she's the character who gets the most development and the only one who gets real closure (her fashion is also elite).
